Car was filthy. Thick layer of dust covering entire car and clearly it had not been cleaned between renters. Personal items still in the car from last renter and lots of long hair on seats. Gross. No windshield wiper fluid so it was impossible to even clean the windshield. Car was given with a half tank of gas and the guy who handed it off assured me he would correct the paperwork that stated it had a full tank of gas. Excellent service as always!
Car is dirty. Closed earlier than it supposed to and not accepting after hour return. I have to travel to another place to return but they still charge me another day and different location return fee. Never rent with budget again
SCAM. I rented a car for 7 days and brought it back two days early but they refuse to reimburse me.
