We are scheduled to drop a car there at 10am on a weekday in July; do you offer a shuttle to the Royal Caribbean cruise port? I have not been able to reach you by phone after calling many times, and your corporate does not have any information on you nor can they connect me to you.

Staff were very professional despite there being an impossible customer before me while I was waiting in line. These people were totally harassing the guy working who was just trying to do his job. I finally told them they were taking up everyone’s time and had no right to harass this poor man this way. They finally left and everyone else was able to get through efficiently and effectively! Filthy car, was told it had full tank of gas , realized next day was about to get on high way unformilur with area that we had 5 miles till E with a one year old in the car . Put 81 dollars of gas in it had to fight argue to get money back total crap show finally got someone to help us after wasting hours of our vacation. Never will i rent from your ass backward company
