Everything went nice and smooth. Until the extra $110.00 extra charge I received after return. I was charged an extra $25 for an entire extra day for returning it a little less than 4 hours late… ok I can let that slide, however they then charged me $80 for gas. Now I knew I would be charged for gas as I did return it at half a tank since I was in a huge hurry to get it back since I was already late. I’d give ZERO stars! We walked in and the entire place smelled strongly of weed. We had to have our three kids stand outside. We tried to give us car after car…. They all smelled like weed or cigarettes. Disgusting.

Very friendly front desk worker. Horrible vehicle conditions. The Carola I was given was disgustingly dirty (spilled liquid in the consel, crumbs, dirty floors) and 1700 miles overdue for an oil change. It was also an older, base model. When I asked for another car, I was given a Chrysler Pacifica that was even dirtier than the Carola (hair, filthy carpets).
