Worst rental experience I’ve had. They never answer their phones when you have a question or concern. The vehicle I received had an invalid inspection, and I only discovered this when I was pulled over. Additionally, the vehicle was absolutely filthy when I got it. I don’t think they clean between uses—the interior was disgusting and smelled horrible. I will never rent from them again
Everything went nice and smooth. Until the extra $110.00 extra charge I received after return. I was charged an extra $25 for an entire extra day for returning it a little less than 4 hours late… ok I can let that slide, however they then charged me $80 for gas. Now I knew I would be charged for gas as I did return it at half a tank since I was in a huge hurry to get it back since I was already late. HOWEVER, it was a hybrid car and needed 7 gallons of gas at half a tank to fill it. They charged me 10 dollars a gallon. And w... read more
I’d give ZERO stars! We walked in and the entire place smelled strongly of weed. We had to have our three kids stand outside. We tried to give us car after car…. They all smelled like weed or cigarettes. Disgusting.
