Poor response to a complaint about air con not working for 2nd week of car hire
Honestly would rate this place zero stars if I could. After making the reservation online and modifying it because I ended up needing to leave earlier that was bad enough. Then I get to the counter and the customer service representative if you can even call them that was rude as heck. I ended up canceling all together and went to enterprise where I definitely got treated much better!
