Great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend joining the free Fastbreak program (and booking direct through Budget) even if you're only planning on renting with Budget once. With Fastbreak we prepaid our rental and got right to the front of the line when we arrived off our flight. Everything at this location was efficient, and all the staff were courteous and helpful. So very disappointed in our experience with Budget at PWM. We were charged $115 for fuel service, after filling the tank completely at the gas station down the road. Also, there was trash in the car from the previous renter. I let the manager at the counter know when I dropped off the car and while an apology was offered, it did not feel genuine. Fighting now to get a refund and will definitely ensure we don’t use Budget at PWM again.

Waited almost two hours in line to pick up our reservation. Received musty, dirty car with loose front fender damage. One tire was 20psi light and one 27psi over. Tire noise terrible even after correcting psi. Car should have never been in service.

Long wait, dirty vehicle (inside and out), and erroneous fuel charge upon return, which I noticed and had removed, but otherwise all part of the typical nickel and dime rental car scam.
