Just awful. Literally doubled our travel time from Chicago, turning a 2-3 hour trip into a 5 hour haul. It's worth the extra $ to pay for another service where you don't need to wait 2 hours for the vehicle you've already reserved well in advance.

The rental process was easy. Pick up and drop off were fast and convenient. We got a 2025 Corolla that was clean and ran beautifully. I would use Budget again.

Great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend joining the free Fastbreak program (and booking direct through Budget) even if you're only planning on renting with Budget once. With Fastbreak we prepaid our rental and got right to the front of the line when we arrived off our flight. Everything at this location was efficient, and all the staff were courteous and helpful. So very disappointed in our experience with Budget at PWM. We were charged $115 for fuel service, after filling the tank completely at the gas station down the road. Also, there was trash in the car from the previous renter. I let the manager at the counter know when I dropped off the car and while an apology was offered, it did not feel genuine. Fighting now to get a refund and will definitely ensure we don’t use Budget at PWM again.
