Wish I could give this company negative stars… will be the First and last time renting a vehicle from Budget Car Rental. The agent added services that amounted to an additional $749.95 which I did not request and customer service representative Brian and Andrea refused to grant a refund or even hear my concerns. Customers be mindful that Budget Car Rental does not care about their customers.
These guys are great. Always friendly and do their best to accommodate.
Horrible service. The guy at the front desk rushed through everything and tried to charge me $35 extra until I pulled up my reservation from the Uber app. Only then did he suddenly lower the price. On top of that, they still added an unexplained extra $20 next day. When I called twice to ask about the extra fees, they hung up on me both times. Completely unprofessional. Budget has zero transparency and zero respect for customers. I’m never renting from them again
