This was the worst rental car experience I've ever been through! My advice is to stay away or prepare to pay 4x the quote. I had a family member drive my vehicle from North Carolina to Maine and needed a rental car for a one-way trip home. My husband and I searched through several before settling on Budget. Horrible company to deal with.Recently rented large van and when we picked up they tried to double cost.Keep in mind this was reserved 1 year in advance.To add to it my mother and sister were disabled in wheel chairs.This company is horrible.

I will never use this place again had a trans pass they had my trans pass id number but said I didn’t pay the tolls there a bunch of snakes plus you never get the car you order they alway pull a bait and switch I’ll never use them again this is t the first problem with them either but it’s the last
