Was not told that I needed to have a credit card to pick up the rental car which left myself and my disabled mother stranded at the airport three and a half hours from home.
Giving one star because although booking was easy, the First Gentleman we worked with was great (gave us 3 options for a 7 passenger vehicle), and the price was great, at return the women (Kathleen) had awful customer service. She was very rude. There are no prices disclosed about if there is mud on the exterior and or interior for a cleaning charge although they have a sign and have it also on our contract receipt (which she collected even though it was our copy) that the vehicles must come back how they left. The price was right but we never get the car we booked. Don’t get me wrong, it was upgraded but we were looking for the car with better gas mileage. This was our second rental at this location. The staff were friendly. The cars weren’t as clean as I would expect. The second car smelled of cigarette smoke. I would use them again if the price was reasonable.

We had a fair experience. It's a bit pricey considering it's supposed to be BUDGET but the car was clean and the people were friendly
