Staff was very professional and friendly. The service was quick and I love the car I got. I even witnessed someone being oddly rude to one of the staff (having a bad day?) and they handled it so professionally, I was impressed! Nice little office, I recommend!
Worst place to rent a car. I live out of town 2 hours away, booked a vehicle to rent, showed up and they tell me they are all booked up when website says available. I definitely wasted my time here and was stranded for a few hours till I found a ride . And don't recommend.
Ordered a car from here and when I arrived was told that they actually didn’t have the car and refused to find an alternative vehicle or issue a refund. Can’t wait for it to shut down since no one in there apparently knows how to do their job properly.
These are good people working at Avis/Budget rentals. (Rocklin) Enterprise is having issues with recalls and there isn't always a car available at any of their many surounding locations. You can tell the difference from corporate Enterprise, and a family atmosphere when you walk into Avis/Budget. No fuss. Most people want a car to get around until their personal vehicle is getting worked on at a auto shop.
