Reserving the car meant nothing. Customer service was fair.
My experience as a customer with Mina was fenomenal, she made sure everything went smoothly while keeping everyone updated. She does her best to get you a rental ASAP. Would recommend to anyone trying to rent a vehicle, not to mention their prices are reasonable.

Rented a truck (one way) here Aug 12–16. The A/C blew hot air almost the whole time, making the move really tough. I called and emailed starting Aug 14 but never got a response from customer care. Returned the truck on time, but no one ever followed up. I also tried calling this location multiple times, but no one ever answered. Equipment problems can happen, but the lack of support is what really frustrated me.
