Just do yourself a favour and pick another booth. Desk persons don’t have a clue what they are doing. Slow, unprofessional and have no clue what there policies even are. Was charged for a whole day when i arrived at my drop off time. Even with a said “grace period” Need I say the instructions to return the car where terrible and had me running around like i was in maze runner.

I got a chipped windshield during my rental, and Budget took 11 months to resolve it with my car insurance. Plus, Budget added a $100 administrative fee on top of my insurance deductible that I had to pay. I have no idea why this is justified or even legal. If this had been resolved quickly and fairly, Budget would have kept me as a customer, but not now.

Application barely work and staff at the counter are incompetent simpletons, unable to answer basic questions, but on the other hand, are without resources

I rented a car from this location and had it extended, only to have the rate changed without proper notice upon extending. When I returned the car, I was hit with a surprise charge. I tried calling corporate, but they were no help. I also called this location multiple times and no one ever answered the phone, the service representative I dealt with upon returning was of no help either.
