Terrible service that has their own rules that are not aligned with corporate

On Sunday Sept 21, 2025 I created an online reservation for a box truck, went in to complete said reservation and was met with dismissal then hostility. I will never ever in my life rent a car from this place again. I recommend everybody else to stay clear from these crooks. Me and my wife paid for our car online went to pick up the car the next day the lady there at this office fought us up and down with bad customer service telling us we need to pay $500 now up front Evan know we already paid online. This was our first time renting at Budget I'm Murray Andrea was great and friendly this was. Awesome experience thank you Andrea
They gave me the wrong car that I booked. I had to urgently deal with this problem and ended up paying more. I do not recommend this service, it is better not to contact them.
