Everything is better in person. I made an online reservation for a Hyundai, but there was some confusion, and I ended up being charged twice and receiving a Bronco instead. Surprisingly, the Bronco turned out to be a great vehicle, feeling like an upgrade compared to what I initially booked. Fortunately, the customer service team knew the protocol for online reservations and refunded me
I had a reservation for a truck today and they had no vehicles available at the time of pickup. The 2 ladies was working the counter, one on her phone the whole time and the other straight told me their company always booked cars for customers when they are sold. I was stranded. I had to Uber home. You don't deserve a 1-star. When the employees tell you there lack of service…believe them! Lol
We have rented from this Murray Location for years, and all of a sudden there has been trouble with insurance and damage, do not use this place. Get this, they did the walk around and cleared everything, and two hours later they call and say there is damage!!!! and are now filing a claim on our credit card and personal insurance. Scammer is working there. They did the damage, after i left the car in perfect condition.
The lady helping us didn’t have customer service and treated us and others very unfairly. Not understanding and told me to go back to Enterprise to rent a car. Very sad and not a good experience.
