I reserved a pickup truck. When I arrived I to pick up my vehicle, was told they did not have my pickup truck. When I asked why don’t you have the truck I reserved? I was told “Good Question.” No apology, no accountability, no credit for a future rental, no attempt at all to take care of a customer when they didn’t have my vehicle. I’ve never experienced worse customer service in my life. DO NOT rent a vehicle from this place!!!
Made a reservation online and arrived at location and was told no cars. Made a second reservation at another location and was told cars are there. We arrived and told again no cars. Shitty reservation system and service and still no car.
Some of the very worst customer service you could seek out. Hard to find service this bad if you went looking for it. Very unprofessional. Very uninterested. Management would cringe if they knew how their office staff treated customers.
After reserving weeks in advance, I left with no rental car at all. Apparently, at this Budget location, a reservation is more of a fun suggestion than an actual promise. Save yourself the headache and book somewhere else. PS I wasn’t the only disappointed customer there at the time so I don’t think this is uncommon.
Reserved a car a month and a half ago. I got a call last week asking me to pick up the car on Saturday because this location was not going to be open on Sunday. I showed up and the lady at the front desk told me the car wasn’t ready. I asked how long and she took down my number and said she would call but couldn’t give me an estimate. I called and just changed the reservation to downtown because I was told they had a van ready.
