I will never ever in my life rent a car from this place again. I recommend everybody else to stay clear from these crooks. Me and my wife paid for our car online went to pick up the car the next day the lady there at this office fought us up and down with bad customer service telling us we need to pay $500 now up front Evan know we already paid online. This was our first time renting at Budget I'm Murray Andrea was great and friendly this was. Awesome experience thank you Andrea
They gave me the wrong car that I booked. I had to urgently deal with this problem and ended up paying more. I do not recommend this service, it is better not to contact them.
Go here only if you want to be treated like a 2 year old where the lady keeps warning you and questioning you as if you are renting a F-16
Everything is better in person. I made an online reservation for a Hyundai, but there was some confusion, and I ended up being charged twice and receiving a Bronco instead. Surprisingly, the Bronco turned out to be a great vehicle, feeling like an upgrade compared to what I initially booked. Fortunately, the customer service team knew the protocol for online reservations and refunded me
