Terrible customer service. We rented a premium luxury electric vehicle, and the employee tried to give us a Kia Niro (standard electric vehicle) with no partial refund offered. Then the employees kept saying the Kia Niro and Volvo CX40 were the same category as what we rented. When I showed them their website showing the vehicles were different categories, they said their location doesn't follow the website categories. . Omg - waited in line for an hour to get my car while two employees leisurely clocked on keyboards slowly. Ugggh.
There is never enough staff to handle the amount of customers. I have been flying into CMH for several weeks and EVERY TIME there’s only 2 employees. Beware of this place. ALWAYS EXTRA LONG LINES!!!! It’s an indication of poor management. Someone should be reading reports that would indicate when and where more staff is needed. Maybe someone is reading the reports, but NOTHING is/has been done about this situation! I will be looking for a different rental car company if there’s no change soon.
Incredibly insane policies with a team that is basically powerless to do anything. Bottom-tier customer service and policies for reservations/pick up. Do yourself the favor and stay away.
☆☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Budget. I reserved a vehicle one month in advance, believing my transportation needs were secured. However, less than 24 hours before my scheduled pickup, I received a call informing me that they had no vehicles available and would not be able to honor my reservation.
