First of all, I stood in a line for thirty minutes at a budget counter by just following signs to find out.I was in the wrong budget line. So I find the budget counter that i'm supposed to be at, and I was quoted $306 00 for Thursday noon till Monday 1030am . My payment was supposed to include refuel, which I only used a quarter tank of gas. I told them that my insurance covers rental cars. Picked up the first rental car on Sunday 7/26. It was dirty for starters. As soon as we arrived at our hotel the “low engine oil” light came on. Called customer service. They made me return the car to the airport instead of sending out service or exchanging it. They said someone would be expecting us when we exchanged however that was not the case and we had issues trying to leave. The next car was also dirty. DON'T BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT. HAVE NO WAY TO CALL AND SPEAK WITH ANYONE AT THE LOCATION. YOUR RESERVATION WILL NOT BE FULFILLED. AND THEY DON'T CARE. YOU WILL BE STUCK AT THE AIRPORT WAITING FOR A CAR YOU PAID FOR. THAT YOU WON'T GET.
