ZERO STARS! Was moving and reserved a truck online 2-3 weeks before the move. On the day of the move I go to pick up the truck and they don't have the size I reserved (16 foot) and tried to send me to another Budget location 20 MILES AWAY! I had to scramble to find another moving truck rental company close by that had a truck immediately available, luckily I found one and I told Budget that I would NOT be renting their truck and to cancel my reservation.
