After trying other rentals Comp this is the only best I found. Every time they are good in everything.
Make sure you take pictures of the car and the gas even do a video because they will try and blame you for everything on the car that was already there and try and say you didnt fill the car back up with gas the last 5 times I rented cars from them that is what happened especially the ones from the airport they even one time tried to charge me for a cleaning fee when they gave me the car dirty and tried to get me on it being dirty glad i took cideos and pictures and recorded the lady saying it has not been cleaned after the ... read more
I have been renting from here for over 15 years and never had any complaints! The only place I rent from no matter what.
I’m currently living in Columbus OH but I have NO family here in Ohio. After spending thanksgiving with just me and my dog. I decided to rent a car from budget to go see family for Christmas. I booked online pre payed for the rental and thought everything was fine. NOT ONLY DID BUDGET CANCEL MY RESERVATION THEY KEPT MY MONEY TOO. I have called, reached out through social media and now leaving this review. I am still out of a rental car and my money with no answers as to why it was canceled in the first place!!
Reasonable prices, great service, fast in and out.
