I made a car reservation for pickup on 6/2/2025 at 5:30 PM. When I arrived, the doors were locked and there were no employees in sight. I contacted Budget customer service, and they ended up transferring my reservation to the Bryant Irvin location. Very disappointing experience—avoid this location, as it seems the staff doesn't stick around for their full shifts. Adding an update. Came to town for a funeral. Went inside the guy took 30 minutes to help us because vacuuming a car was more important. Had a reservation guy said he didn't have a car for me. Told me the only cars he had were luxury and wouldn't help us. Basically told me that I was out of luck and he might have a car in another 3 days. We reserved a car for 10:30am. The hours posted on google, their website and the their door says opens at 8am. When we showed up the doors were locked and no one was inside. Three other customers were waiting outside for even longer wanting to return their rentals. Waited a half hour and no one showed up so had to Uber to a secondary location. We were told by a passing local that this is a regular occurrence. :,(
