Pleasant and efficient service
Ask a security guard to direct you to this office and it is tucked away. The staff was FANTASTIC, funny, informative, and made the process painless. Comfort car, great prices and a good location.
Overall, I was satisfied but not without a few complaints. Firstly, the process of getting the car was smooth. I pre-ordered online that morning and the guy at the desk was very helpful and pleasant. I also decided to go with them because they give you the option to return the car after hours, which is great. Instructions on obtaining and returning the car were clear to me (they don't tell you the address of the entrance to the garage however, which can be confusing and a little stressful and the end). When we checked in they didn’t have the car we had reserved so they upgraded us for the same price. Gas was not completely full (but almost) and he said we can return it the same way, the gentleman that was on duty Saturday Dec 21 was friendly and helpful
Notre réservation était pour 8h le matin. Aucun employé était au bureau avant 8h30. Lors de la réservation en ligne, aucune mention du dépôt de 750$ et la voiture était sale. Nous avons annulé.
