J'ai loué une première voiture il y a trois semaines. Le véhicule avait seulement 1/2 réservoir d'essence. J'ai informé le commis. Il m'ont chargé le plein prix sur ma carte de crédit. J'ai appelé pour me faire remboursé, le commis m'a dit qu'il rembourserait mais j'ai toujours pas été remboursé. Deuxième location la semaine passé. J'ai reçu un prix de 90$ sur le site Priceline pour ma location. Ils ont chargé 127$ sur ma carte de crédit. À oui... et leur définition d'un "full size" c'est une VW Jetta. 加了保險卻價格不透明，拿車時直接扣了租車費用的10倍價格當訂金！！！ 等到還完車了還要等好幾個工作天才會收到退款，而且一天光保險而已就要55.49 + 10.49（稅）加幣！ 還是我們三催四請打電話一直要才提早拿到費用明細 不只這間，租過其他間budget也這麼爛：） 我絕對會和身邊所有親朋好友反推budget 這麼棒的一間租車公司，請三思

1. 從Bookings.com 租車，在現場取車時會被收取750加幣的押金，且不知道什麼時候才會退還。櫃檯沒有告知此事，我還因此又開車回去當面詢問才得以確認。 2. 自行取車，非常方便。還車只要停到停車大樓後，告知櫃檯在那一個停車位即可。(我是在營業時段內還車) 3. 需要將汽油加到原本取車時的狀態再還車。 目前還未收到email詳細的收據明細，因此無法確定會不會被多收其它款項以及多久才會退款。有後續消息我再來更新此則留言...

As it turned out this car was a problem. The front passenger side tire only had 24 lbs of air it it that I noted a few minutes after leaving the garage. I paid $3.00 to use an air compressor at a gas station. I filled it to the same level of pressure as the other tires. By the time I got to Quebec City it lost 10 PSI. I also noted the car was short at least 2 gallons of gas. While the gauge showed the line almost on the white mark as full it showed 40 miles less range than when I filled it at the station with the air compres... read more
