I sold my car and needed a rental while shopping for another one. Could’ve been a week or a month, but after this experience I wouldn’t recommend this place. Just read the reviews — there’s a clear pattern. Customers raise concerns and get the same lazy, generic responses instead of real accountability. Don’t ignore the reviews like I did. Save yourself the frustration and rent somewhere else.
DJ and his staff go above and beyond to give us excellent customer service every time we rent a car from this location and we are frequent renters. This is our first choice in locations for rental car companies in San Antonio and we appreciate their friendliness, professionalism and service. Great selection of vehicles too!
