Had a nice experience with Budget. I reserved online, and the day of my pickup went very smooth. The car was very clean and well kept. When I returned the car the check out was very simple as well. Will definitely use them again.
I have used Tundra at this office for a decade. She is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and has done everything for us from finding a specific vehicle to helping us coordinate issues while we were traveling. She's even better than our corporate rep!
Tundra provided exceptional customer service and was one of the best representatives I’ve worked with. She was thorough, proactive, and took the time to inspect everything herself before having me do the same, ensuring the vehicle was in excellent condition. She was also incredibly friendly, professional, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.
The Pacifica was great, as it always is for me and my family. Also Ms. Tundra made the check in and out process quick and smooth.
