I have been renting cars for years for work and for personal reasons. This location was incredibly friendly. I think the young man's name was Hector. He made everything so incredibly easy. Very informative. I will definitely only rent from here moving forward and I will suggest this location for anyone in need of a rental.
NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE
I made a reservation and arrived on time and date, only to be told that no cars were available. According to Budget, they don't guarantee a car will be available, only that if one is, the price is guaranteed. Don't waste your time—book with a rental company that actually guarantees you a vehicle.
Louie was great! Super helpful and friendly and made sure we were in the right sized truck. Much appreciated!
The company is great, the customer service is five star and the cars available will spoil you.
