The young lady misses Angelica that helped us out was tremendous help I will most definitely be renting all my vehicles there regardless of the price because of the customer service that she gave us
Absolutely pathetic customer service! Actually none . Useless kid at desk answering phone . Called for a booking confirmation from 2 weeks earlier. Stated they didn’t have any cars available. . Stated they didn’t actually have to provide vehicle . Then said they were refusing to rent vehicle . I had booked this for a month rental. Made arrangements at another budget agency and they were fantastic!
I have been renting cars for years for work and for personal reasons. This location was incredibly friendly. I think the young man's name was Hector. He made everything so incredibly easy. Very informative. I will definitely only rent from here moving forward and I will suggest this location for anyone in need of a rental.
