This location deserves -10000 stars. I hate the fact that I even had to give them one star in order to leave a google review. Lets start at the fact that I prepaid for my rental for a intermediate sized vehicle. I even called in advance to make sure there wouldnt be any issues once I got to the rental location being that I am only comfortable driving a rental the same size as my own vehicle. New owner is great! so friendly, quick and efficient costumer service. They answered all my questions and I was in and out no problem. I’ve been at this location before and it’s completely different than when the other guys used to owned it, The current owner is a lady and she works with her family and they are great!

I prepaid for a vehicle, arrived to this location and no vehicle was available. The representative who look like a 5th grader advised me to take a seat and wait 3 hours for a possible return vehicle. Unbelievable, I then asked to use the restroom and she said they had none available. Budget Corporate should close this location and before allowing a franchise to open, interview all employees before having them represent the company. DISGUSTED!
