My car was in the shop and I needed a rental for a few days. I was able to reserve online. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and helped immediately. I was in and out. No issues. Upon returning the rental it was a smooth check out process and I was on my way. Highly recommend.
THIS IS THE WORST CAR RENTAL PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE!!! Staff is super rude and extremely unhelpful. The price is not what they say it is and they tried to give me a car with a flat tire that was all messed up. They do a suprise credit check on you when you go to pick up the car as well without telling you in advance. In my life I've never seen that!! singularly unhelpful. Website says there is a key drop, but there isn’t, so they charged me for an extra day unfairly. Service is rude at best.
