don't ever call their customer service number. they ask you questions but never listen to your answers. they try to manipulate you to go back to do extensions online whereas their phone system could not understand me and transferred me to the customer service agent.
I have had the pleasure of renting cars from Gina and her crew from this location for damn near every month and I tell you it has been a joy and a pleasure to work with them. Always pleasant and polite and they go above and beyond for you. I have an Enterprise literally 2 blocks from where I live but I'd rather travel to Yonkers from the Bronx to do business with this Budget location. Hands down the best in the business. No CAP!!!
This location deserves -10000 stars. I hate the fact that I even had to give them one star in order to leave a google review. Lets start at the fact that I prepaid for my rental for a intermediate sized vehicle. I even called in advance to make sure there wouldnt be any issues once I got to the rental location being that I am only comfortable driving a rental the same size as my own vehicle.
