Rented a 2 day 12 foot budget truck from Sharonville Budget The Truck itself was perfectly fine, however the pick up process from the employees was terrible Showed up and employees were not there. The people who run this operation are literally the absolute worst. Do not rent from here. Avis/Budget needs to pull their franchise.

I cannot emphasize how horrible this place was. I arrived yesterday with a reservation for a van that I had booked a month ago. When we walked in, the lobby was packed full and only one customer was being helped, despite the fact that two women were working. One worker had her kids with her and they were running around the lobby without a care in the world. I understand that some people cannot afford childcare, however, the children running around the business without shoes or pants on was extremely unprofessional. After wai... read more
