Rented a 2 day 12 foot budget truck from Sharonville Budget The Truck itself was perfectly fine, however the pick up process from the employees was terrible Showed up and employees were not there. The people who run this operation are literally the absolute worst. Do not rent from here. Avis/Budget needs to pull their franchise.
