Had a 7 passenger suv reserved for pickup at noon. They called the morning of at 930 and said they wouldn't have it, they could do a 5 passenger suv though. We agreed. My husband went to pick it up and they said oh we had to cancel all reservations today. Why didn't they call and let us know instead of having us drive all the way there and tell us. So unprofessional and was a HUGE inconvenience. Had to find something last minute as we were leaving town a few hours later. Will never try to reserve here again.

Where to start… the car was filthy and obviously had not been cleaned from the previous guest. I actually watched someone return a car and within minutes, there was another guest who got in which just proves that they are not cleaning the cars which is really disgusting and unsanitary. There was no inspection of the car where they show any scratches or dents. I basically checked in and was handed the keys to go find the car in the garage.
