Budget is the worst company to rent from. I left a few crumbs in the car and absolutely no damage and they charged me $450. So they took this opportunity to have a full detail done on the car and gave me the bill. Very poor customer service which is why they can’t possibly retain customers. I’m sure they could care less if I return because I am black and the employees that I saw there are all white. Don’t rent from Downtown Cincinnati Budget. I definitely won’t ever again!!!

I have had the worst experience with renting a car with them. They have took over 1500 from me. Then when I call corporate they tell me im not the first customer they have gotten over on. If u want a rental please do not fo with budget.
