Came to pick up a car, customer service was abysmal. Didn't feel as if he cared, asked if there where any other vehicles, was going to be ok with me renting a smoked in car if I decided to make that choice. If I could give a -5 stars, I would. Vibe felt as if he was like (why are you here).
This place is a joke. Cars are filthy. I got gas across the street but they said it was 2 gallons low. Had my service dog with me and they said there was mass hair but I literally vacuumed it out clean before returning it. So they charged me an extra almost 100 bucks. Would definitely stay away for this place
WORST SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE! This location was NOT my original reservation and I was transferred to this location because it was “apparently” the closet (which it wasn’t) to the next available rental truck. my original pick up and drop off was Dixie Hwy. Well Ms.Lisa was rude enough to let me know it wasn’t her fault I chose this location and oh well I don’t know kind of vibe. Bad customer service
Showed up AT 2pm to return a moving truck that my mom had gotten out of state. I recognize that the place closed at 2 on Sunday, but when she walked in at 2pm on the dot the attendee said "we're closed, we closed AT 2, I shouldn't even be here right now". Listen, customer service is hard, I recognize that, and I get hating your job and that you have to work on a Sunday.
