This place has some issues: 1) From Costco auto rental Budget might came out to be lowest in terms of price but beware as they have some hidden surprise charges. Ask them to provide the receipt. 2) Took the rental car on 5th Aug 2025 but they didn't had the right size car(we only have this car)which means customer has no option. On top of it, the Asian Indian person at around 11:45 AM is always on the phone with somebody(as if this is not the job that they are doing or willing to do)-he is the only person in this place. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I used budget in the past for a trip from Snellville Ga to TX and it was a good experience so I used them again. This time I picked up from this location and not only was it fast and super convenient the rep was so knowledgeable and informative! This is how you do customer service!!!! Great Job!
