Shitty. On the day of picking a van rental they called and canx our reservation, saying they don't have a van for us. So now we have to scramble and pay higher rate because we didn't book with another rental in advance. So we had to settle for a smaller car and made arrangements to have someone house sit for us because we couldn't bring our dog to the beach Airbnb

Who open the budget on Mall specially on second floor. Also staff guy is very slow and waiting time is too much. 0/10 star

Please don’t book a reservation. Worst people work here. They don’t respect customers and discriminate borderline. I reserved a full size car for Saturday noon and they are closing at noon. They didn’t have the car for me. So much negligence. I really felt bad and whole trip got delayed because of these people. Worst experience I ever had. Please please don’t shop here.
