They don’t clean the cars or have any customer service or compassion!. When i told them i spent money to get this car detailed AFTER i received it. The older guy said ‘oh, ok’ they don’t take after hour drop offs. Next door is a misdemeanor and felony office which is a really bad location. And the guy who cleans the car doesn’t clean the cars. Don’t do it here. Not only were they late with my one-day rental, but the car I was told I’d get wasn’t even there. They tried to give me an electric car or a minivan—seriously? A 5’3 woman who’s never even been in an electric car. And don’t get me started on how uncomfortable I felt just thinking about driving a minivan in Florida. This totally messes up my last day of vacation. The company did give me a compensation after I complained, but it didn’t help me get to the airport the next day.
