They change your car to a bigger one before you see it, they will charge you a higher amount without explaining, at least let me know in advance if you don’t have the car I requested, don’t tell me to sign here and there and give me the keys without letting me know you changed the car and it would cost more, I should decide if I want to pay more extremely shady business, if I could give a 0 star I would
