Zero compassion. I drove through a horrible, unexpected winter storm, a 6 hour drive took over 13 hours. I had originally set my pick-time is early a.m. with a Noon return. I knew my pick-time was moved to an earlier time, but was NOT made aware that my drop of time was changed. Although I appreciate the accommodations and effort to move and keep my reservation, it would have been advantageous to ensure we knew the return time was changed. I rented from this location multiple times without issue. Cars are always clean and the customer service from the young woman who works there is awesome but the older gentleman..... yikes. So last rental return I had there I walked in as normal to drop off keys and leave. The guy asked me for my contract but AS PER USUAL I did not bring it because it's for my records. Renting cars is never easy, I always wonder what car I will get and will there be any issues. -- Huge shout out to Andrea at this location. The first time I rented from here, she called to confirm that I really wanted it at 7:00 a.m., And when I arrived everything was ready to go. I am scheduled to rent another car tomorrow and she proactively called me to let me know about an availability issue.
