I had a fabulous experience here with Angela last week. I got stuck with a 14 passenger van from airport (only car available) and I have a disabled mother whom I came to visit. Angela switched out the van for a usable vehicle that my mother could get into. She was professional, kind, efficient and absolutely wonderful to deal with. I would like to give a shout out to Denise at the front counter of Budget rental on 463 Lazelle Rd.Westerville. I had to call a couple times and she was more than kind to answer my questions even though I could tell she was very busy. When my husband picked up our rental car he mentioned how nice she was! I will definitely be renting again from this location!
Zero compassion. I drove through a horrible, unexpected winter storm, a 6 hour drive took over 13 hours. I had originally set my pick-time is early a.m. with a Noon return. I knew my pick-time was moved to an earlier time, but was NOT made aware that my drop of time was changed. Although I appreciate the accommodations and effort to move and keep my reservation, it would have been advantageous to ensure we knew the return time was changed. I rented from this location multiple times without issue. Cars are always clean and the customer service from the young woman who works there is awesome but the older gentleman..... yikes. So last rental return I had there I walked in as normal to drop off keys and leave. The guy asked me for my contract but AS PER USUAL I did not bring it because it's for my records. The old man proceeded in front of all the other customers to tell me I had to bring that in if not "look what happens, all the other customers have to wait for... read more
