This is the most unprofessional place I ever been to in Houston. I make reservations for a truck to move and the lady at the counter doesn’t know how to look up the reservation. Then she find and states there is no truck. She tell me to give her 5 minutes and then continued to help other customers. Stating she don’t want to call the owner because it’s his off day but they don’t have the truck I reserved nor is they trying to help me. Very terrible location,the manager is shady and the staff,how do you have a car but refused to give it because you want to drive it,also screaming at customer,terrible

I didn’t book a vehicle here but I will give a shout out to James who works here as a rep. He did everything he could to book me a truck/SUV/minivan but unfortunately everyone was booked . I will say I would come here again for my next rental. THANKS JAMES

Terrible customer service and a total rip off!!!! We booked a car and prepaid for it but when we went to pick it up, the lady in the customer service said that there are no cars available. She was rude and unhelpful. While we were there, two others came in with pre-bookings and she told them the same thing. When we checked their website again, it showed that they had 3 cars still available. Never go this location. They are running a scam!!
