Horrible experience, husband waited for 1 hr. , system was having issues indicating cards were denied which it shouldn't have an issue, we rented a jeep or similar and we're offered a smaller one.

I recently rented a minivan to take my grandkids on vacation. When my husband took the minivan back, my daughter ran the keys in. Frank called and said the minivan was messy so I had my daughter go back and clean it better because I had already left the area. We were accused of switching vehicles out because Frank had written the numbers wrong and then I was accused of renting a car for my daughter and her boyfriend because she was the one who took the keys in. Frank was great. Had our vehicle ready early and was very accommodating when we couldn’t get it returned in time. Thank you for the excellent service and clean, reliable vehicle.

If I could I would not give any stars. The guy was rude and argumentative. Told me several times if it’s dirty he would charge me a cleaning fee. I got in the car the day after we got it and it was disgustingly dirty. Never rent from him. He actually told me he was going to put me on a do not rent list. Surprise buddy I’m not coming back. The photos were taking when we got the car. He told me the last one was stained. Yeah all those crumbs are stained. Worst experience ever renting a car.
