Horrible experience, husband waited for 1 hr. , system was having issues indicating cards were denied which it shouldn't have an issue, we rented a jeep or similar and we're offered a smaller one.
I recently rented a minivan to take my grandkids on vacation. When my husband took the minivan back, my daughter ran the keys in. Frank called and said the minivan was messy so I had my daughter go back and clean it better because I had already left the area. We were accused of switching vehicles out because Frank had written the numbers wrong and then I was accused of renting a car for my daughter and her boyfriend because she was the one who took the keys in.
