Sherri/Medina Budget saved the day for me after Budget at the CLE airport gave me a massive pickup truck instead of the car I prepaid for. The truck was intolerable because I'm currently suffering from a back issue that made getting in and out of it rather unpleasant. Budget corporate was zero help and sent me 40 minutes away to another location that ended up having no cars. I called this location and Sherri held a car for me and I was able to swap the truck out. Thank you!!

Would not recommend. Again this place gave me a hard time. I took time and money to take the vehicle to the car wash, swept and wiped it down. Took it to speedway and filled it up. Dropped it off and told the lady what I had done and that she could just turn it . I get a call while I'm shopping that I forgot gas and left something dusty. I put time and effort into cleaning and washing and she had the nerve to mention dust. My husband went back over took it to the gas station and it was completely topped off just like we told... read more

Had a PREPAID reservation made weeks in advance for a full size Elite SUV for a one way trip and 2 hours before my reservation pick up time they call and say they don’t have one and only have a crossover available. And the rep didn’t even offer to call other locations to find the right vehicle.
