This rental place is unreliable. I showed up Sunday, March 22 as I reserved a car the night before and needed it right when they opened at 9 o’clock. I was there at 9 o’clock drove my car to the parking lot as I was walking in. I got yelled at by somebody in the car that says hey we ain’t got no cars. So I walked over to the person in the car and she said that’s why I didn’t open the door up this morning cause we don’t have any cars. I said no cars? I love renting cars from here! I rented a car to visit my sister and the man who checked me in and the woman who checked me out, made my time very enjoyable and easy! Thank you for such good and easy service!
Awful experience - rented a vehicle for a week while car was in the shop; upon return, the two attendants tried to say we put our dog in the car and were trying to charge us $250 for a pet cleaning fee. Absolutely ridiculous as we have not even put our dog in our own vehicles since he is old, let alone a rental! Will NEVER use this facility or brand again.
