Definitely got worse after not using them for 4 years. They try to say you have to return the car vacuumed. Any customer should get automatically refunded $250 if we are suppose to clean the car before returns. It is Budgets responsibility to clean cars, not the customer (except for extreme cases), that is included in the rental fee....This is just peak laziness. Id rather pay more at enterprise if this is how they run business here. Avoid this location

I used to have no issues renting from here but the last few times I had several issues. The first one is the van I recently rented broke down on me and when I called the 800 number, they couldn't just bring me a new car and instead called a towing company to take the car to a location nearby which took 4 hours altogether. The second issue at this location was they didn't bother inspecting one of the rentals I had and then they accused me of smoking in it when it already had a smokey smell and I don't even smoke.

Terrible employees who pride themselves on intimidating and screaming at customers. They are BOTTOM OF THE BARREL and will try to scam you the first chance they get.

DO NOT RENT HERE. There was a small amount of dog hair from visiting a friend who has a dog. THERE WAS NEVER A DOG IN THE CAR, just some residual hair from my clothing. They said they would charge me $250 or I could go vacuum it. There was such little dog hair I just took a lint brush roller and it was good. The man screamed at my mother and made her cry.
