I’ve rented from this location several times and typically I get okay service. The lady who runs the desk is okay and so is the gentleman that services the vehicles. However if you rent a specific vehicle well in advance. Like weeks in advance. You may arrive and find that you have to wait 2 hours for the vehicle to be delivered. I don’t put that on the people working there but why would I need to wait 2 hours for a vehicle that was reserved 2 weeks in advance. Awful experience. I've rented from other Budget locations in the past and have never had issues... but the issues on this rental are enough to make this location one and done for me. I had to wait an hour for my car, and was "upgraded" to a less fuel efficient car (which I accepted, because it was that or nothing... and I needed the rental for a trip). While I was there, there was one other customer before me that also didn't get the car she reserved. Two other women arrived with issues with their rentals from a day or two p... read more
Severely understaffed. Only one man running the show.
Definitely got worse after not using them for 4 years. They try to say you have to return the car vacuumed. Any customer should get automatically refunded $250 if we are suppose to clean the car before returns. It is Budgets responsibility to clean cars, not the customer (except for extreme cases), that is included in the rental fee....This is just peak laziness. Id rather pay more at enterprise if this is how they run business here. Avoid this location
