Avis/Budget was horrible . I rented through them on my R and R leave from Afghanistan . They charged me an extra $27 per day for being under 25 (there is a military clause saying i don't have to pay that) . They charged me twice , once before I received the car and again 2 weeks after i returned the car. With the time difference (2 weeks later I was back in Afghanistan) it took over 3 weeks of teeth pulling and numerous phone calls to get my money back. I would not recommend them at all , to much hassle .
