Great service
I would have given 0 stars but that doesn’t allow me to write a review. Prepaid for pick up of a vehicle at 3pm for my husband and when we arrived no car was available and both front desk and customer service representative expect me to call and verify if another location has a vehicle. The fact that another location wasn’t called for a car before we got here is just horrible service. We rent cars on a regularly and never have encountered such laziness. Budget will never get my money again.

I rented a budget rental on a 1-way drop off from San Antonio to Houston and the location was closed by 1pm on a Saturday. We got the car at 12:30pm and got to houston by 3:30pm. Their software is garbage as it didn’t take into account the time it takes to drop off a car and instead they provided you a closed location.
I’m confused because I get ready to pay but my card was lock so it flagged. Before even say let me unlock it. He said can’t used it because it has a debit card but it’s a Mastercard logo on it. So I’m confuse.
