My husband rents frequently from Budget. Gisel always provides outstanding customer service and cars are always immaculate. Best car rental location in the area.
Terrible experience. Was taking a family of eight from Pennsylvania to Florida on our first big vacation ever and tried to rent to economy cars for the drive. registered and reserved our cars and they took $400 in deposits on a $1200 rental. Ann gave us the pick up time. Received a verification phone call later in the week and on the day we were leaving my wife was declined the rentals because of a credit check. Clean, Courteous plenty of cars to choose from not overly expensive would definitely rent again.
Horrible horrible horrible. I'd leave a 0 if I could. Car was garbage. Had chunks on drive train. Chips in windshield and tire wouldn't hold air. Never got a contract emailed as stated and they added "optional" services that I neither wanted or asked for. Then they say well after an hour in line you should have seen it on the tiny signature screen. NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN
