Giving it one star because i still have not received the deposit hold and its almost a month since we rented the car everything went smooth with rental only bump was finding the drop off location we rented from Philly to drop off In Reading not very clear where drop off is but my main ick is not getting the $250 deposit back yet and yes we filled the tank and kept the car clean

I had an amazing experience thanks to Gisel! She went above and beyond to make the rental process smooth and stress-free. Her friendly attitude, professionalism, and willingness to help truly made a difference. It wouldn’t have been the same without her! If you’re looking for great customer service, she’s the one to go to. Highly recommend!

I give this location a one star it wasn’t this location. It was where I originally rented the vehicle from but the overall of the company I got a dirty truck I believe the truck had two water bottles of urine in the door. That was food stains everywhere. Just not a good experience.
