The rental experience at this location is fantastic. Gisel has fantastic customer service skills. The rental experience is quick and easy. I recommend renting from this location.
Giving it one star because i still have not received the deposit hold and its almost a month since we rented the car everything went smooth with rental only bump was finding the drop off location we rented from Philly to drop off In Reading not very clear where drop off is but my main ick is not getting the $250 deposit back yet and yes we filled the tank and kept the car clean
