If I could leave 0 stars I would. Rented my wife a vehicle. She had to wait over two hours to get one and not even what I paid for. She was told she could come exchange it for the vehicle she wanted the next day. She took off work and went to do that only to be told no they didn’t have anything for her. Will never use this company again.
The worst experience I have ever had renting a vehicle. Started off badly when they gave me a vehicle that sounded like something was loose on the bottom. Did not feel safe driving it. Appreciated it when they switch out the car after I called, but they should really be checking their vehicles, especially when dented all around, which this one was. Very happy with my rental
Kathy was a quack read your policies a big waste of time. It's been well over six days still haven't got my refund. All they want me to do is call third-party companies to try to get my refund very very very bad business and they don't like to refund money.
