This place will give you cars with damage and then try to blame you and charge you for the damage, make sure as soon as you get a car from them take photos with time stamps , they have committed fraud and illegal practices do to this , they have been reported to multiple agencies and are about to be under investigation. So I budget at the airport were really awesome good customer service but the manager at Goodyear's she says she knows a lot but did not very disappointing so I have to go with a different rental company so sad because I had a great experience at the airport with the people there so it just sucks I have to leave this bad review it's the manager at Goodyear Litchfield location so disappointing
Cathy went way out of her way this morning for me after the customer service number and another Budget/Avis car rental was unable to help. She really knew how to trick her inflexible system into re-renting the same car. She was both caring and competent.
