Cathy was the worst! 12 years working here and she has the worst customer service skills I've ever encountered. Came with a friend going through a family emergency and as a result made a mistake on the reservation. Instead of trying to help, she told her she would now owe $283 on an $83 reservation. When we explained it was mistake and asked if there was anything sje couls do to help ans she literally smiled and her with her smug attitude, said "No". Do not do business here!
I normally go to budget to rent my car at this location because of their customer service however, when I pick up my vehicle, it’s never ready and it’s not ever clean and they give you a 45 minute to a one hour wait for the car ready even though you had reserved time for it ahead of time I return my vehicle back on november 1 with a full tank and I noticed today November 4 that I’m being charged a gas fee of $32 for a 4 gallon tank and that is ridiculous. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Rented my wife a vehicle. She had to wait over two hours to get one and not even what I paid for. She was told she could come exchange it for the vehicle she wanted the next day. She took off work and went to do that only to be told no they didn’t have anything for her. Will never use this company again.
The worst experience I have ever had renting a vehicle. Started off badly when they gave me a vehicle that sounded like something was loose on the bottom. Did not feel safe driving it. Appreciated it when they switch out the car after I called, but they should really be checking their vehicles, especially when dented all around, which this one was.
