I can’t thank this Budget location enough! After being let down by another location, they stepped in, took care of us, and got us on the road with a car for our family vacation. Excellent customer service and truly appreciated!
Not the vehicle I reserved and it was absolutely disgusting when we received it. This place is horrible. Do not ever go here. Windshield was cracked also windshield washer fluid was low.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. DO NOT BOOK A RENTAL AT THIS LOCATION, I booked and pre paid 3 weeks in advance and they texted me an hour before I’m supposed to pick up the rental and say they don’t have inventory . All of the horrible reviews about this place are true . Now I will be waiting 3-5 days to get my 600$ back and scrambling to find a rental on the day of
