I placed a rental reservation through their website and called to confirm the appointment for 2/26/26 at 9:30am after dropping off my damaged vehicle just down the street at a local auto body shop. I was told by Jessica on the phone that they had the reservation and the vehicle should be ready at the appointed time. However, when I arrived at the business just before 9:30am on 2/26/26, I was told they had NO cars and therefore my reservation was invalid.
