I will never rent with them again. I called to reserve through call center, specifically asked about a hitch receiver. They said no problem. Called this location bwfore driving 45 min to rent, the lady said she would ask the MECHANIC, who confirmed the vehicle had a hitch receiver. Drove there, was told the hitch receiver was behind the door at the back of the bumper, trusted them, rented the car, left to put gas in the vehicle (bc it had 1/4 tank but that's an aside). Literally the best place ever to come to get a rental car to fit your needs!! I’ve had nothing but the best experience ever at this Budget location. I would’ve given no stars if that was an option. Make sure before your final payment, your discounts and charges are correct, otherwise you definitely won’t get refunded or compensated. Terrible company to rent from, will never rent from Budget ever again.
