Had a reservation for a car rental at this location that was booked over 60 days ago. I arrived 15 minutes early to complete any additional paperwork, only to find out they did not have any SUV available for me eventhough some appeared to be in the parking lot, and they did not offer me a solution except for a 15 passenger van or a Kia Forte. when need to rent a car in Venice we always go to Budget we are fast pass, and she look out for us. She does need more cars on lot on off season. we like to rent for one month

Thieves! They charged my CitiBank CC twice. The second charge was stolen two weeks after I returned the car. I am disgusted with this company and franchise! I am not done with them yet.

I was double charged for a rental car. Noticed it on my statement. Contacted Budget was told that they had released the hold and that I would have to dispute it through my bank. When disputed it, they told me I was still responsible for the charge. Called Budget again, asked why, was told that the charge was for returning the car with an empty tank! I returned the car with a full tank, and I even washed the car (which was given to me dirty!!!). None of the attendants had the time of day to walk with me to the car at pick up ... read more

If I could I will 0. Don't make your reservation at this location. Very unprofessional staff. I made a reservation to pick up on 07/11. I went to location to pick my car. Person at front desk told me that there was only one car available at the location at premium SUV and I made reservation for premium SUV as well, but he told me that it is already on contact and he was asking me to wait till evening to pick up another if anyone may or may not drop it off. If I could give a negative, I would. I reserved a moving truck online. When I went there, I was told nothing was available and their system allows you to reserve even when they have no inventory. Annoyingly I then booked for the following weekend instead. Three days later I receive a message that again they have no inventory. I went to complain via their website and since they "cancelled" my reservation, it wouldn't let me complain because I have no reservation number. DO NOT USE.

Great Service ...I have rented cars from Budget Romeoville 27 times in last year. These 2 guys handle over 45 cars/trucks rentals do a fantastic job. Always helpful with best for car to take with bad weather. Never a long wait if you prebook your car. Yes Sunday is 10-2pm

I have rented vehicles from this location for years with no problems. However, the last time, I returned the vehicle, they inspected it, and returned my deposit. Six days later, I received an email that the windshield had a crack in it and they charged my card $600. The windshield was fine when I returned the vehicle. I have no idea what happened to it during that 6-day period. That's bad business. I'll never rent from Avis Budget again.
