Disappointed that they don't have a parking lot where I could park my vehicle for a few days. I felt I was being discouraged by the senior man. When my Chase Visa was being processed, it had a block on credit that I completely forgot about. I had several unauthorized withdrawals made and LifeLock had my credit info blocked. I have come here several times. I dont know why there are so many complaints about Joseph. He was very kind to me. This location never has the car size you order. That is not his fault. The website should not allow you to book the car if it is not in inventory. Or you should be notified right away as soon as budget knows they cannot accomodate. This sounds like a good project for their procurement team! Otherwise, Joseph is pretty cool!
I was in and out with my rental. And very satisfied.
Horrific service. Made a reservation and they didn't even virtually have a similar car to what was ordered. Very condescending and disrespectful senior citizen at the service desk. Strongly suggested that I shouldn't do the rental with him. Did not answer, and got very hostile in response to very simple questions such as upfront totals.
