NEVER USE BUDGET EVER
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone
PLEASE STAY AWAY!! The worst experience I've ever had. The staff were extremely rude and disgusting, made us feel like they are doing us a huge favor by letting us rent a car. (Even though we had a reservation early enough). I never encountered such rude employees, mean and disrespectful. We also saw them yelling at other customers..
I rent cars quite frequently in Rockland County and want to give a shout out to the gentleman at Budget. His name is Rood/Rud/Rude (sorry! Don’t have the spelling) and he was terrific. So friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated at a stressful time. Budget is lucky to have him representing their company.
