Pre ordered toyota ol reliable 440$ on website. Surprise there's a holding fee 250$. No biggie. Was handed a jeep key, told the guy there was a mistake, I got handed a different car, very upset with the website not being correct. Will report after the week is done.

I called dozens of times and noone answers just to come in and be told they had no cars, "overbooked" they said. Had multiple agents in there and none wanted to answer the phone. They took my money when I did the reservation online and now I have to wait for a week to get my money back. AVOID! Take your business elsewhere.

Location is closed apparently. Called over 30 times and no one picks up the phone.

1) Deposit is ridiculous. 2) Gave me a scrappy car that smelled like cigarettes 3) Attended was unhelpful and didn't care about anything 4) $11 a gallon for gas fill up. Unless I'm dropping this off next to a gas station this should be illegal. There was no enterprise around otherwise I would have gone with them.

I think I'll stick with Enterprise after this experience. Not only is the deposit $100 more than the actual rental, which has never been the case with Enterprise, but the staff here are very rude to the point that I nearly asked for a refund and left without the rental. On the plus side, they do take debit/bank cards -- after a "credit check of the card," which was a first. Update: they also kept most of the deposit for an empty tank that costs about $40 to fill, NOT $180. GO TO ENTERPRISE FOR YOUR RENTALS
