I decided to write a positive review since I almost didn’t rent from here because of all the bad ones. The guys working there were all very professional and accommodating, especially the guy who was washing the cars outside. He made sure I knew the opening hours and let me drop the keys to him so I didn’t have to wait in a very long line when retuning the car. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is for the opening hours. I had a reservation, but when I got there, they didn’t have a car for me. While I was trying to sort it out, another guy came in to return his rental. He said it was dirty when he got it, the check engine light was on, and he had to keep adding oil. That was all I needed to hear. I told them to forget my reservation and went somewhere else. The place is hard enough to find as it is—definitely don’t go out of your way just to get scammed. Super sketchy. You’ve been warned.

Had an issue with a non corporate car that was not eligible to be swapped in a different location. They helped us to resolve the issue with the other vendor got us a better car to get back on the road.
