I booked a reservation with a discount code that I get for being an Amazon employee. You can't use the discount unless you log into the Amazon employee portal and book through their site. This benefit is extended to immediately family members as well. I booked the reservation for me and my dad, with both of our names. BEWARE - keep your fuel receipts!!! Dropped a rental car off full of fuel - just filled it up less than a couple miles from the airport - and they said it was over 10 gallons short. Charged us $150 to fill it up. Tried to call Budget customer service and they were not helpful either. Wanted to jump through all these hoops to prove I filled the car up when the employee just blatantly lied.
Crappy service sent home with a car with a nail in tire that also had nasty stains on seat.call to get replacement and none of the ladies they have working ever answer do not I mean do not go thru these people!!!
I booked and paid for a reservation online using my debit card, and no credit check was required at that time. When I arrived at this location, I was told they could not give me the car because my credit check “did not go through.” I even called the location multiple times, but all calls went through main customer service, whose staff clearly had no knowledge of what this location required. Pre ordered toyota ol reliable 440$ on website. Surprise there's a holding fee 250$. No biggie. Was handed a jeep key, told the guy there was a mistake, I got handed a different car, very upset with the website not being correct. Will report after the week is done.
