Highly recommend NOT renting from budget nor dropping off your rental here. We were charged an additional $494 for not dropping it off on time. HOWEVER, we dropped off our rental a day early. Upon speaking with someone at their office, our issue was supposed to be resolved and looked into, but was not. We never heard from anyone again. Had a last-minute rental I needed for a move out of state, and most places in town were fresh out of SUVs and crossovers because Ragbrai was passing through that weekend. The manager Barbara saved our move from being derailed, got us in a Mazda CX-5 that day, and the move went smoothly from then on. Will definitely use again if I'm in Iowa
