As previous reviews have stated, they did not have a car for us. I prepaid in hopes that might increase the chances of securing a vehicle, but was given various different excuses - lots of events occurring, the airport locations are negative hundreds of cars. Without any advanced notice, we had no chance for securing alternative transportation, so we were forced to cancel our plans for the day which cost us additional financial losses. DO NOT USE - Arrived and they didn’t have the correct car. I was told I can’t have it. The guy in the carpark told me to go to the airport and they’ll give me a bigger car. I done that and eventually got the correct car. 2 hours wasted. They then didn’t have the car seats I preordered. Even though they stated in email they have them there at the depot. LIARS.
