I normally never leave reviews, but I am leaving this one because this location NEEDS TO CHANGE the way they’re running things. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. We had the worst experience ever. We reserved a truck a month in advance and these people screwed us over in every way possible. We ended up having to rent from U-Haul. Do not waste your time here. My fault for not reading their reviews prior to trying to work with them.
They charged me about $150.00 extra than the agreed upon reservation price due to returning the car “late” which I did not. They also charged me 50.00$ extra for gas. I had only barely used any it was basically full. Had the car one single day and returned it on time. Talked to the manager who did not care at all. Stay away and book with absolutely anyone else. These people are scammers.
Rude, terrible service, do not ever prepay for your rental, they will not have what you reserve and will not tell you, until you are ready to pick up, even if they send you emails conforming your pickup. Management will need to be replaced before I ever do business here again.
Skip this location at all costs ... this new guy at this location is very rude ... don't even know how to talk to people
They cancelled my reservation 15 minutes before due to pickup on the day I was leaving. No help at all.
