Rude rude rude man that stats he is the manager. I rented a car for one day on a Friday and extended it. I returned the car on Tuesday. He says have a nice day. I’m like I need a receipt. First red flag, second red flag, my total was way more than I expected even with the extensions for today. About 40-60 dollar difference. Which my reciept could have explained. Very unprofessional! No type of courtesy!
After seeing all the horror reviews I was scared after my rental got transferred here from another Budget location in town, but the lady at the desk was friendly, the process was fast, there was no wait, and I paid the price I was quoted. Perfectly reasonable rental place.
Clerk was nice. But, no one was in there he was a little slow
