This place will be shut down soon they charged my company card twice 450 2 times when I only rented from them once yes I did smoke a cigarette in the car so they was suppose to charge me 450 one time not 2 times stay away from this place they are trying to get every dollar they can because they know they won’t be up and running for long
This place should be shut down. I would have given this place zero stars if I could. Customer service is horrible and unprofessional. The guy look like he was drunk.
This is the worst car rental location I have ever encountered! STAY AWAY! Booked a car with them about two months in advance. Arrived in Baton Rouge, called to find out if they offered a shuttle to their location from the airport and it went all down hill from there! When we called, we found out they did not have a shuttle and and even bigger suprise. They had NO CAR FOR US! If I could leave 0 stars I would. Do not trust this place. The service is horrible, reservations mean nothing to these people who will let your car go to someone else before you get there to pick it up and God forbid there is a line and the one and only person that works there out of 3 or 4 people who is capable of renting your vehicle to you or taking it back is busy cleaning out someone else return or pickup your stuck waiting for a 2 hours. If you value your time and your money avoid this place
