1st it’s nasty as hell in there so trifling! Everything is all over the place and they are not very friendly or helpful. 2nd I get a mysterious charge from them 5 months after renting from them like there using my credit card and had to file fraudulent charges against them. This place is sketchy!

I know many of these rental car companies can definitely be a hassle, attitudes from employees being overwhelmed and shortage of rental cars. I had a great experience with Chris at the Budget Nicholson Drive location. He went above and beyond to accommodate me with my current situation for my aunt. He was super nice from the very beginning. My aunt and I were thoroughly pleased.

I booked a car a week in advance and arrived right at my scheduled pickup time of 8:00 AM, only to find that no one was there. An employee didn’t show up until 8:15, and I was then told that no cars were available and advised to try the airport location. After calling customer service, I was informed that all vehicles were completely sold out. Very disappointing experience.
