Great place to rent
I rented a car that had a serious safety issue the passenger seat wouldn’t unlock. I discovered the problem after just one day of driving. At first, the manager seemed helpful, but then I found out he had hidden the fact that there was an extra daily car extension fee. I ended up being incorrectly charged. Overall, my experience with Budget Rental was awful. I would not recommend this location or the company.
Everyone save yourselves aggravation and go to Enterprise Rent-A-Car 3 block South
Very rude service. Called about reserving a car, the receptionist was a fast talker, asked her to slow down a little and she started to talked “very slowly” which I found not appropriate. When I told her not to go that slow, hung up in my face. I think they need to be better trained.
