Very rude service. Called about reserving a car, the receptionist was a fast talker, asked her to slow down a little and she started to talked “very slowly” which I found not appropriate. When I told her not to go that slow, hung up in my face. I think they need to be better trained.
These guys are great and takes the time to remember who you are when you return, this is a rare concept. Totally satisfied. However the call in system is somewhat undesirable.
My initial review is below but now I would like to change it … I’ve been the one calling to extend my boyfriends car rental and now suddenly I’m being told I cannot and he needs to call. He is a construction worker and is not able to during the day and due to summer, is doing a lot of OT. I explained that to the person I spoke with advising them that he gets home after they are closed and finally they had to get someone else to come on the phone to speak with me.
