I walked into the office and was immediately greeted by Elvis, who was friendly and welcoming, which made my customer service experience feel more personal. Elvis went above and beyond to fulfill my customer satisfaction. If only all car rental companies had an Elvis!
Very cheap rent a car they have weekly special
This is the most unprofessional rental service outfit that my wife and I have encountered. We reserved a truck two weeks in advance for our trip from Los Angeles to Houston. Three days before we were supposed to pick up the truck rental, my wife rented a car from this place and verified with them the availability of the truck on September 1, 2014 at 12 noon. I must say am not a person who writes or read reviews. But after my horrible and very emotional experience with this location, PLEASE STAY AWAY! I travel a lot and have used budget rentals many times, yet this is my first time at this Glendale location.
