They have no cars . They told me they have called me but they didn’t . The only car that they did have did not pass the inspection. Really ??? Can you be more incompetent?
Worst experience ever. I called that morning to check on my reservation never got a call that my car was ready, at 517p i called he said my car was ready and waiting, got there at 545p to only be told it was first come first serve and that they didnt have a mini van that i reserved. Had to drive all the way to the airport to get a mini van. This location was no assistance at all. The location is filthy and nasty. Felt like i was going to be robbed any min.
Thank you for helping us but I didn’t like that with budget they only accept a major credit card. Enterprise is better they take debit and credit. I probably wouldn’t recommend this location. I’m all about presentation and as you walk in it feels dirty.. the chairs need to be cleaned or replaced. Keep your bathrooms fully stocked with soap so the customers can wash their hands and keep fully stocked toiletries. Customer service could be better with a simple greeting “welcome to budget”, smile more … etc… The rental cars need... read more
