We are highly disappointed with Budget car rental because an incoming reservation was placed a month ago. I rented a vehicle from Budget for a few days for work. I selected an electric vehicle and was given an SUV that was not electric. The SUV had a large crack in the windshield as I picked it up. I questioned the safety of the vehicle and was assured it was ok. They told me they noted the damage. When I dropped off the vehicle I confirmed that this had been noted. Very helpful and curious. Great prices on rentals. All the cars and trucks I rented were cleaned inside and out. Paperwork was done quickly, a walk around inspection of the car, under 2 mins. After grabbing the keys and go. It doesn't get much easier than that.
