They were supposed to have a van for me at 12:30 pm, charged my card for it and did not have the van. So now I’m out 600 bucks for 3-5 days and unable to get about rental because i need that money to do so. Did nothing to accommodate THEIR mistake.
Excellent service, clean cars and very helpful staff. Anastasia was very certious and welcoming over the phone and in person. Highly recommend this location.
We are highly disappointed with Budget car rental because an incoming reservation was placed a month ago. Today, a week before my family vacation, I received a call from the budget office saying that they don’t have an eight-passenger-seat vehicle for me after me giving them a call every other week to make sure they are going to get me one one lady said that we are allset them another guy asking for more money and said that they are not guarantee in me a a passenger vehicle and that I will need to pay an additional 600 dolla... read more
