Budget desk personnel were efficient and moved people along quickly. The Jeep Grand Cherokee was very nice. What cought me off guard was that it was a plug-in Hybrid. The problem with that was there was no plug ins at the hotel and had to hunt for a place to plug the Jeep into. I have a Hybrid car personally, but it is a self contained self generating electric hybrid which I would have welcomed from Budget.
They downgraded my rental car without offering any type of compensation or explanation. I emailed them and their response offered no explanation or offer to correct the situation. That's wild. If you can avoid renting with this location, definitely avoid them. They're tied to and managed with Avis at this location so I also recommend avoiding them as well.
Please shops anywhere else. When I went in the morning of August 6th, there was no obvious parking to get to the booth. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and they charged me for the unlimited tolls which didn’t even work. I have been fighting with them to get my money back. These guys truly stink. Shop elsewhere

I strongly advise against renting from Budget/Avis at the Minneapolis–St. Paul Airport (Terminal 2). The shared on-site team is disorganized, undertrained, and unaccountable—leading to hours of wasted time and unnecessary stress. Pickup Experience: It took over an hour to receive the vehicle because the car seat I prepaid for was missing. Staff initially tried to give me a seat with no harness or safety straps for my toddler.
