Great service
AWFUL!! Was given an very dirty and used, shaking car. It had 50k miles on it and was wobbling and reeked of smoke. Car was eventually towed. Budget refused to refund all the days I was without a car nor did they even acknowledge the mishap. Really poor customer service. DO NOT RENT HERE.
Ya know.. I’ve rented only rented budget because they’re usually friendly and courtesy. But man they are neither of those things tonight. I’ve been told to call a the reservation line agent, am I not talking to one behind the counter? I also don’t know that “your call is very important to us” means drop my call twice and attempt to charge me for services I never used. Can tell you I’m switching to only using Turos from now on.
Rent from any other location than here. Always adds extra charges and fees. They do not check your vehicle in when you drop it off then add late fees and extra days. When you try and call they refuse to refund the amount.
