Do NOT use Budget Rental!! I would give zero stars if I could... They are awful!! We had a reservation for a truck rental for a move. When we showed up, they had NO truck for us, so we canceled, and went to a U-Haul location. The following Monday we got a $150 charge. It took about 4 or 5 phone calls with Budget before they FINALLY reversed that charge. DO NOT use Budget Rental - they are terrible!!! Even the person working the counter at the Burnsville location complained about the company...

It took three local Budget locations to mess up my holiday plans. I made the initial reservation with the Inver Grove Heights Budget location in earlyDecember - a 3-row SUV to haul around family and gear/presents over the week of Christmas (12/22-29). I received a call on 12/18 from the Inver Grove Heightsoffice telling me that they needed to close until after Christmas, and wouldn['t be able to service my reservation, but would transfer it to another location. Review Analysis: I highly recommend this Avis location in Burnsville for anyone needing a rental car. When I arrived, Mohamed greeted me with a friendly smile and assured me they had plenty of vehicles available. I was thrilled to get a clean 2024 Kia Forte that looked brand new inside and out.
