Booked a reservation over the phone. Gave the person all of my information, drivers license number, credit card number, ETC. Went in there to get the car the guy at the counter said that there were no cars available. They had no cars to rent. There were two guys behind me waiting in line. The guy behind me went up to the counter, the guy said that he had the car there for him to rent. I asked the guy at the counter why he lied to me and said that they rented the car two days ago and I rented the car three hours ago Even thou... read more
Never has the vehicle ready and when they tell you if you want to upgrade for x amount of money. It's a lie. They were going to give you the same car from the start. They just tacked on the roadside assistance fee.
Budget provided great service and a great truck that took us 2000 miles across mountains and deserts without a single issue. Customer service was very helpful when I had to change my reservation. Especially compared with another rental business that rhymes with New Hall, Budget was fantastic to work with.
