Mohamed was phenomenal!!! Not only did he help us out with the process of renting a truck, he kept us laughing and held conversations with us. He is very friendly and made the entire experience easy. Definitely will be coming back to him every single time!
Picked up my prepaid rental vehicle at the Bloomington, MN location. They gave it to me with half a tank of gas, it was also noted on a sticker on the key fob it only had a half of a tank. Because my drop off location was Burnsville MN, Eric at Bloomington said I was only responsible for a half tank at drop off and if Burnsville location had an issue to have them give him a call.
