Reserved a truck online. Showed up to front desk guy wondering around aimlessly. Went to the back, finally came up to help. No trucks that I reserved available. Dude wasted a lot of my time just to tell me he didn’t have anything. Never again Budget, never again. Gave you a shot over Uhaul because your location was closer and you were cheaper. Absolute waste of time.
