The majority of the time I have very good service and cars to rent. However, this time I was assigned a full size car that had quite a few scratches and small dents on the driver and rear of the car.
We have been stranded for over 3 hours now because the key fob stopped working, and the manual key won't open the door either. It is ridiculous to be stranded outside in the cold for that long, and now it is dark. We are late to check in to our hotel and everything will be closed to eat so we didn't have dinner either. I do not recommend Budget.
My flight was scheduled to arrive in burbank at 10:15pm. I booked a car for 10 at night since they make you pick 10 or 11. Flight was delayed and got to the rental counter at 11:10. Not a soul at the counter. Everyone went home at 11. Will never use Budget again. Spent $160 for an Uber thanks them.
Rude and Terrible Service I booked through a third-party site like I always do, but was refused service by a rude woman at the counter. She said I needed a printed translation of my international license, even though I had a photo and a valid U.S. driver’s license — just like in all my past rentals. She kept changing the reason and had a very bad attitude. I’ve never had this problem before. Budget lost my trust. I won’t rent from them again
Huge long wait- budget counter was closed Already in line over 30 min after filling in all my info ahead of time to make check out faster Its a nightmare and disrespectful to treat clients like their time is worth nothing Will pay a little more next time to go with an agency that cares more for their clients Its beyond comprehension how slow they are
