They are claiming that buried somewhere in the fine print is an explanation that they won't refund the difference for prepaid rentals. Had I known that the discount for prepaying meant that I was ineligible for refunds there is no way I would have opted for that. Sleazy practice

One person working the counter for 5 different rental companies on a Saturday. Fox car rental is the next counter and they have no line.
If I could i would give these people -25 on stars if I could prepaid for a suburban vehicle they took my money and refused to give me the vehicle I asked for stating you need a credit card to rent I don't do credit cards no where on their website does it say that. They gave me a jeep compass I am 6 ft 3 not very comfortable had to take some stuff back to north Carolina 2800 mile trip. Will never rent from them again. The woman at the counter in LAX on New Years Eve, seemed she was making me a favor by even helping me. Then when I wanted to extend my car use by ONE day the customer service rep told me it’s $330 for a Toyota Corolla! Even he didn’t understand it and asked me to speak to a supervisor but after holding for 45 min with no answer but a recording saying I’m in queue, I returned the car on time, took an uber back to my location and then had to uber back to the airport the next day since they coul... read more
